The power is given by 'stepping back' and enabling them.

The idea was to "drown the baby in the bathtub". To literally dismantle the Federal Government of the United States. And, it was just about complete.

Knowledge is power.
Once that knowledge is aired by word or picture, it becomes COMMON knowledge where perceptions and reactions come into full play.
